We are looking for victims who were deceived by a sophisticated and organized investment fraud scheme.
This initiative focuses strictly on cases where the name of the investment company VAN BAUWEL & C was misused and where cash was repeatedly handed over in person to a courier/intermediary under psychological pressure from an “analyst.”
The aim of the manipulation was to obtain more and more funds from the victim, with the promise of future profit — including the repayment of a fabricated financial obligation towards VAN BAUWEL & C, which was used by the so-called analyst/consultant to exert pressure.
The purpose of this announcement is to unite victims in order to file a joint criminal complaint against the unknown perpetrator(s) with the Police of the Czech Republic.
We are not collecting victims of other frauds — only those involving this identical scheme.
